All Payments will be made through the client portal to reserve requested date/time and will incur a 3% Credit Card Processing Fee. I do not photograph inside buildings with detectable cigarette smoke. I do not arrange furniture, stage or clean homes. Shoots begin at scheduled time. Any delay will incur a convenience fee of $150.

Add-On Aerial Photo: $165 for 10 aerial images covering up to 10 acres booked with another photo/video service.
Stand Alone Aerial photo: $250 for up to 10 images covering up to 10 acres when not booked with another photo/video service.
Add-On Aerial Video: $165 for up to 90 seconds of aerial video of up to 10 acres when booked with another photo/video service.
Stand Alone Aerial Video: $250 for up to 90 seconds of aerial video of up to 10 acres when not booked with another photo/video service.
Agent Guided Video: $250 for up to 2 minute agent guided tour (agent walking and talking to camera through listing) highlighting key features of listing.
Agent Intro Video: $125 for 15 seconds of professionally filmed agent intro of listing. Must be purchased with cinematic video package.
Walk Thru Video: $185 for short one take video walk through of listing.
Social Reel: $85 for 59 second social media friendly version of your cinematic or walk thru video. Must be purchased with a video package.
Twilight Booking: $225 to reserve a photo / video shoot at sunrise or sunset. This fee is in addition to shoot services selected.
Virtual Twilight: $25 convert any image to a stunning twilight scene.Must be booked with a photo package.
Green Grass: $5 per image to convert grass to a lush green lawn.

Minimum Service Requirement:
Shoots up to 20 miles one way from Alvin, SC: minimum 2 services, no travel fee

Shoots 21 to 30 miles one way from Alvin, SC: minimum 3 services or essentials package, travel fee of $0.70 per round trip mile after 40 free miles.

Shoots 31 to 45 miles one way from Alvin, SC: minimum 4 services or premium package, travel fee of $0.70 per round trip mile after 40 free miles.

Shoots 45+ miles one way from Alvin, SC: minimum 5 services or platinum package, travel fee of $0.70 per round trip mile (after 40 free miles) for first 70 miles, then $50 per each additional 30 round trip miles thereafter. This does not guarantee photographer will travel to the location, this is only an estimate. Please email kenzie@peacelovecinematics.com for a quote and to verify shoot location.

*Twilight Booking time, Social Reel, Virtual Twilight or photoshop requests do not qualify for the service minimum.

Travel Fee:
Travel fee is $0.70 per round trip mile from Alvin, SC after 40 free round trip miles.

Pre-payment:
Pre-payment is required for ALL photo and video shoots to hold requested shoot date and time. Submitting a shoot request form does not require pre-paymment. Requested shoot date / time WILL NOT BE HELD UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE through client portal. All shoots incur a 3% credit card processing fee and are paid in the client portal.

AFFIRM payment plans are an option at check out in the client portal.

Cancellations
Cancellations with 24 hours notice or more will receive a full refund, less the transaction fee of 3%. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will receive a 50% refund.

For premium, platinum and luxe packages, the amount paid in advance will be credited to your account for your next shoot if less than 24 hour notice is provided.

All cancellation notices must be emailed directly to kenzie@peacelovecinematics.com 24 hours or more before scheduled photo shoot.

Day of Shoot / Home Prep
For full details refer to Peace Love Cinematics Home Photo Shoot Prep List here (open in new tab please). Peace Love Cinematics LLC will photograph / video listing as is upon arrival at beginning of specified shoot time. Home should be prepped prior to scheduled shoot time. Photographer will not rearrange furniture, clean or touch any personal belongings. Photographer will not photograph from a location near an unrestrained animal. Photographer will cancel the shoot if another service provider is on site during booked shoot time. A $150 rescheduling fee will be applied. If listing is not prepped and ready prior to photographer's arrival a $150 convenience fee will be charged.
