Critical Information
- Road Starts Here! Pro Am Open Men and Women podium athletes will recieve a travel/lodging expense paid invite to compete at North America's Strongest Man hosted by J.F. Caron. Brian Shaw confirmed on 1/10/2025 that the winner of NASM will qualify for Strongest Man on Earth. More details to come in the future.
- For the 5th year anniversary of the Rainier, we will be featuring equipment used in the IFSA Super Series from 20 years in the past. This is the same equipment the greats from history have used on the world stage including Zydrunas Savickas, Phil Pfister, Travis Ortmayer, nad many more. You can see the equipment used here!
- The Rainier this year will also include a 73kg Pro Am Women's Division and a 105kg Pro Am Men's Division.
- Cash Prizes will be awarded in Pro Am Divisions.
- Strongman Corporation Pro Cards will be awarded to podiumed amateurs in the Pro Am divisions.
- Amateurs placing first in either the Pro Am or Amateur divisions will be awarded an invitation to compete at the Arnold World Amateur Championships.
- Pending participation, Amateur divisions will qualifty for Strongman Corp Nationals.
- Pro Am divisions and Amateur divsions are required to have a minimum of 10 athletes in order to qualifty for Pro Cards or recieve the AWAC invite. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Events are listed below. Weight matrix will be listed soon. These are subject to change in preparation for the show. Event registration rates will increase by $25 after 5/1/2025.
- If you are a Strongman Corporation Pro, you will be reimbursed your entry fee when you check in at weigh ins.

“ I have enrolled in the personalized health and fitness program through DF Strength Co, LLC. I recognize that my program may involve strenuous physical activity including but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardio vascular conditioning and training and other various strength and fitness activities. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit my participation in this exercise program. I acknowledge that my enrollment and subsequent participation is purely voluntary and in no way mandated by DF Strength Co. LLC”
