    All food tailored to your pets needs is included in the nightly rate including unlimited hay, dried foraging, fresh water, seasonal herbs & veg and healthy treats.

    We serve Burgess Excel pellets for rabbits, Science Selective pellets for guinea pigs & hamsters.

    If your pet is on different pellets, please bring these along for your pets stay.

     

  • VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS 

    (Rabbits only)

    All rabbits boarding with us must have up to date vaccinations and proof provided to us within 1 day of your booking request. We do not board unvaccinated rabbits.

    • If you do not have access to the vaccine information / your rabbit is not vaccinated / the vaccine expires before your rabbit arrives to board with us, please contact us to advise on WhatsApp - 07810481413.

     

    • We will accept your booking if you can confirm that you will ensure your rabbit is vaccinated correctly in time for their boarding stay.

    •  When the new vaccine card is available, please send us the image to add to your booking.

     

    •  The vaccine we require is known as the 'triple vaccine' and is given in 1 combination injection to protect against myxomatosis, RHVD-1 & RHVD-2.

     

    •  For a first time vaccine, it must be given to your rabbit NO LATER than 3 weeks before the first day they arrive to stay with us (as it takes 3 weeks to establish protection)

     

    •  If your rabbit is due their booster vaccination, (the date will be on the vaccine card), please ensure these are given on time and are not overdue to ensure your rabbit is protected. If the date has lapsed, it will be treated as a first time vaccine and must be given at least 3 weeks before their boarding stay.

     

    • Please ensure your rabbit is vaccinated in time for their boarding stay and that sufficient details are given to us in time as we unfortunately cannot accept rabbits to stay unless the correct vaccination procedures have been adhered to.

  • Out of hours drop off & collection: “to accommodate flight times and your holiday arrangements, we offer out of hours drop off/collection from 10am until 11pm everyday for a small fee of £5.

    Save yourself time & precious energy and avail of the wonderful services of 'The Vet Nurse' during their boarding stay with us. Claire has 23 years experience as a registered Veterinary Nurse and she will come directly to our retreat and carry out professional treatments right here, in the comfort of their luxurious boarding suite. Less stress for your pet & for you too!

    A deposit of £25 is required to secure your booking. Remainder is payable up to the day of your pet's arrival.
