- To attend Showdown you must be 18+
- To compete, you must be either a current student in a registered MSA and/or an alumni who graduated Fall 2023 onwards
- ALL competitors MUST be registered by the Early Registration Deadline
- All food & other accommodation requests will end at the Early Registration Deadline
- Please have your credit/debit card or a payment form with you to complete registration
- No refunds are allowed
- You must register AND pay to attend this event, so check your email for a Stripe receipt for confirmation!

TERMS I understand that by registering for Showdown, I will be automatically added to the MSA LSC Listserve. I understand I am to follow the rules stated by MSA LSC, be a very responsible person, and carry the accountability I have towards Allah (SWT), LSC, the steering committee and volunteers, and the attendees. I understand and agree that Showdown involves certain risks, including but not limited to, transportation accidents, personal injuries, and loss or destruction of my property. I understand and agree that MSA LSC cannot be expected to control all said risks. In consideration of the benefits received through my participation in the activities of Showdown 2025 at Rice University, I hereby expressly and knowingly release MSA LSC, the Rice University MSA, and its agents, against all claims, demands, or causes of action for property damage, personal injury, or death, including defense costs and attorney's fees arising out of my participation in the organization's activity. I understand and agree that no refunds will be issued to an individual or MSA who is unable to attend after registering and submitting a payment online. I understand and agree that unIslamic behavior including, but not limited to, sexual misconduct, stalking, harassment, and violence will not be tolerated and will result in expulsion. I have read the agreement and have willingly signed for the consideration expressed and with a full understanding of its purpose. COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS I understand that refunds will not be issued. I understand that I should not attend this event if I believe I have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within 48 hours before the event.
