VCDCC Club Representative Form 2025 (Rev. 1/2025)

This form is to be completed by the Presidents of the Chartered Democratic Clubs in Ventura County. Each club receives one Associate Member seat on the VCDCC.

The Club President may appoint themselves or another member of the club as the club representative. Should the Club President already be a voting member of the VCDCC, we encourage them to appoint another member of their club Have questions? Please email VCDCC.Secretary@Gmail.com.

This form and payment shall be received a minimum of 30 minutes prior (5:55 PM) to the first order of business (6:25 PM) in a meeting in order to be eligible for processing your Alternate.

Club Reps must also complete the main membership form. Please note membership dues and alternate dues are not charged to Club Reps.
