Workshop Registration:

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment through the booking platform.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. Refund Policy:

1.1 Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
1.2Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable.
1.3 If the workshop is cancelled by Nīkau School due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

2. Participant Requirements:

2.1 This workshop is open to individuals aged [Insert Age Limit, if any].
2.2 All participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and refunds will not be issued for missed time.

3. Materials:

3.1 All necessary materials will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own tools if preferred.

4.1 Nīkau School and Ruby Watson are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the workshop. Participants are encouraged to take care of their personal belongings.

5. Behaviour:

5.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

6. Photography and Media:

6.1 Photographs or videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes. By attending, participants agree to the use of their images by Nīkau School unless a written request for exclusion is submitted before the event.

7. Health and Safety:

7.1 Participants must inform the organisers of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the workshop.

7.2 Nīkau School follows all relevant health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of attendees.

8. Fundraiser Acknowledgement:

8.1 Proceeds from this event support Nīkau School. By participating, you contribute to our mission of providing high-quality education to our community.

9. Amendments:

9.1 Nīkau School reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Registered participants will be notified of significant changes.
