Booth Selection

All Booths are approx 9x9 space.

Payment is due upon approval to guarentee your spot.

Important Event Information

Event begins at 9AM on March 29th and ends at 3:00PM.

NO EARLY TEAR DOWN

Booth setup is available int he evening on FRI March 28th and 8AM SAT Mar 29th

Booths must be completed no later than 9AM on March 29th.

Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. All booths MUST be paid for to guarentee a space. Due to this being a fundrasing event as well as an indoor event no refunds/no rain checks will be given.

We reserve the right to approve or deny vendor applications.

Once APPROVED you will be sent a link for payment.

your vendor fee must be paid within 72 hours of approval
