Our Options (and discounts!) for year-round cleaning include:
- Once a month - 25% discount
- Every 2 months - 22% discount
- Every 3 months - 20% discount
- Every 4 months - 17% discount
- Every 6 months - 10% discount
- Once a year - 5% discount
For the average home, we generally recommend getting your gutters and windows cleaned at least twice a year but some homes with heavy tree coverage will need servicing more frequently to ensure the gutters are working as intended. We recommend House Washing and Pressuring Washing to be done once a year to keep the algae at bay.

South Tampa Gutter and Window Cleaning (STGWC) agrees to provide the selected services to the above address, on the cleaning frequency indicated above.

By signing below, you are indicating that you understand the following:
- STGWC will service the gutters, windows and house at your home or business at the frequency you requested above.
- This agreement will automatically renew each year.
- STGWC will auto-schedule the selected services, and will send you reminder notices prior to each cleaning.
- The selected services will be performed on the scheduled dates, but you need not be home for the service to be completed.
- STGWC will combine multiple services to minimize the number of visits to your home.

  - Visit 1 - Gutters & Windows
  - Visit 2 - House Wash, Gutters & Windows
- Any rescheduling service requests must be performed within a month of initial service date.
- Discounts are applied based on frequency of each individual service. For Example: If you choose gutter cleaning every 3 months and window cleaning every 6 months. You'll receive 20% each gutter cleaning and 10% off window cleaning.
Our Obligation to You

STGWC will pre-schedule your services for your convenience, but appointment times can be changed upon request with at least 72 hours notice.

All cleanings will be performed at the agreed-upon price per the service proposal and payments will be due at the time of service.

A cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to the card on file, for cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice.

If any price changes occur in the future, STGWC will notify you no less than 30 days prior to the date of your next gutter cleaning.

This contract can be canceled at any time by either party.
