2025 Club Contact Form
Please complete this form once your new officials for you club have been elected after your clubs AGM as soon as practical to ensure all information for the 2023 season is forwarded to the correct person. This information is required to be submitted to the BWHA office by January 28, 2025.
Clubs can choose to complete this form once with their Junior and Senior Contact Details, or can submit 1 for seniors and 1 for juniors.
BWHA Operations Manual - 4, Affiliation
- Affiliations must be as per Rule of Association 5
- Affiliations requests each year must be submitted on the form provided by the due date.
- Clubs seeking affiliation must:
- Follow all rules of the Association
- Submit all documentation as and when required
- Remain financial at all times with payment terms being 14 days from date of
invoice
- Communicate to the Association through their club official
- Have at least two (2) teams with at least 24 club players
- Have enough officials including coaches, umpires and administrators to
facilitate their teams playing in the BWHA competition.
- Participate in working bees, duty rosters and all other activities requested by the Board of Management.
- Have at least one (1) delegate attend all Council Meetings.
- Submit a colour picture (front and back view) of a proposed uniform including socks for the Board of Management to consider.
