1. Failure by student to attend any lecture for any reason whatsoever will not reduce liability for the total cost of the full course and the student shall be entitled to no credit or reduction as failure to attend lectures.
2. There is no refund on registration fee.
3. 30% cancellation fee will be charged on administration fee, and students shall receive their money back within 5 working days.
4. If any legal or other action can be taken by college to recover any amount due in terms of the agreement, the applicants/students.
5. Malicious damage of property to NZOTHO FET COLLEGE will be regarded in most severe and may result in claim for damage and expulsion of the student responsibility.
6. It is clearly understood that no unruly or disruptive behaviour by students or the students of the center will be tolerated and the center reserve the right at its discretion to
- Suspend tuition to offend for a specific period
- Expel offender without resources
- Inform person responsible for tuition fee about the suspension of student prior.
7. The learning center cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to student's property while on the premises.
8.The learner center cannot be held for accident, injuries of total disabilities caused to the student while in transit to and from the center.
9. Should the college not be paid im time and continuous, you will be chargewd an interest of R10 extra from the day after due date payment.
10. Thde contract comprises the agreement between the parties, no amendment , variation or allegation shall be in force of effect unless contained here.
