1. Understanding of Thematic Interventions in social sector
2. Social sector project management expertise
3. Basic accounting and budgeting knowledge.
4. Basic HR Knowledge and Experience (Recruitment, performance management, training, time, and attendance etc.)
5. Expertise in planning and implementing capacity building initiatives for team members.
6. Business writing skills: Should know how to use various functionalities such as style guides, headers, TOC, should have flawless business correspondence skills with nil grammatical or syntactical errors. This will be required for drafting case studies, manuals, policy notes, contracts, SOPs etc.
7. Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level: - Data Cleaning, Filters, Pivots, Charts is an absolute must).
8. MS PPT, Proficiency (Working with stock designs within Office 365) is mandatory.
