2025 Fundraising Apparel Order Form
Apparel Order Instructions
1. Fill out athlete name and select all items to order
2. Select pickup date/time to get your items
3. Fill out parent/guardian name and e-mail
4. Confirm that requested items are selected (check mark in corner of item box) and that total amount is correct
5. Click "Submit Order" at bottom
6. An e-mail is automatically sent to parent address as well as to Coach Karbo with items ordered (please check spam folder if not in regular folder)
7. You are immediately re-directed to the Cal High Future Fund store in the track & field team apparel order area
8. Submit payment amount indicated on the e-mail sent to you
9. Bring webstore receipt and apparel order form to your pick up appointment
10. You're done!
