Price: £3,500 per 2-week course

The price includes tuition, learning materials, all meals and accommodation, multi-activity programme, excursions (including all entrance fees), insurance and laundry, progress report, end-of-course certificate and carbon offsetting.

Transfers

We can arrange a transfer from the airport or other destination for you. Group transfers to/from London Heathrow are charged at £160 per person per journey on our official arrival and departure days. To qualify for our group transfer, flights must arrive between 09:00 and 17:00 on Sundays and depart between 09:00 and 16:00 on Saturdays.

Unsupervised time on excursions
Students may be given a limited amount of free time unaccompanied by a staff member during excursions in small groups. All students will be given emergency numbers and staff will remain in the vicinity.

School Rules
Personal Best International Education programmes are designed for motivated students. In order to make your stay as enjoyable, safe and productive as possible, all students must respect the following school rules:
1. Speak English in lessons, sports and leisure activities, mealtimes and in the "English Only" zones.
2. Respect other students and staff and always be kind, friendly and polite. No swearing, fighting or bullying other students.
3. No smoking (including E-cigarettes), drinking alcohol or taking drugs.
4. Keep your room tidy, make your own bed and never change rooms without permission.
5. You are not allowed to gather in rooms with friends. You are not allowed to enter the rooms occupied by students of a different sex.
6. No noise after 10.45pm. Stay in your bedroom after bedtime and remain quiet.
7. All lessons, activities, mealtimes and excursions are compulsory. You should be on time for all lessons, activities and meals and participate actively.
8. No mobile phones or handheld equipment in lessons, meals, activities, ‘English Only’ zones and after 10.45pm.
9. No headphones to be worn while walking on campus, crossing roads or on excursion.
10. Dress appropriately for each activity, with suitable shoes for sports activities.
11. Respect the School facilities. Be clean and tidy and do not drop litter or chew gum.
12. Do not damage school property and do not activate alarms or use fire escapes without due cause. You will be held responsible and must pay for any damage to school property.
13. Observe the rules relating to IT software. Do not access illegal/inappropriate sites or images.
14. Hand in your passport, airline tickets and pocket money to the office on arrival.
15. You must follow all safety instructions.
16. You are not allowed to leave the campus without a staff member.
17. Do not swim without a lifeguard being present.
18. You must wear your identity badge at all times on campus and take it with you on excursions.
19. Do not bring or buy knives, weapons or toy guns.
20. Do not break any British laws.
Payment and Next Steps
After we receive the completed registration form, we will confirm availability.

We will then send you an invoice with a link to Flywire where you can make your payment. Flywire is a secure online payment system which allows you to pay using a wide choice of payment methods, including credit/debit card or bank transfer.

A non-refundable £500 deposit is required on receipt of our invoice or you can choose to pay in full.

Following receipt of payment we will send:
- Visa invitation (if required for visa purposes)
- Travel information form (please complete this as soon as possible and at the latest 2 weeks before the start of your course)
- Practical information
- Directions to the school
- Insurance documentation
On receipt of your travel information we will send you:
- Travel confirmation letter
- Letter of consent to travel
- Invoice for any additional services
Please pay the full balance of fees at least 6 weeks before the start of the course.
