• Traction eRag Event Registration

The following information is collected ONLY for our event logistics and for your safety in an emergency.
  • PLEASE NOTE:

In the variety of remote locations we operate in, most of our accommodation partners do not have uniform sleeping arrangements. Please understand that the sleeping arrangements will not be identical.

To solve this logistical problem, we assign sleeping arrangements based on a first come, first serve basis, while offer consideration for any special needs (CPAP, physical size, age, blindness, etc.) that may need to be accommodated.

Expect double occupancy unless otherwise stated.  You could be in luxury accomodations or living in squalor. Glamping, camping, or spooning may be on the menu. We peddle adventure and adventure is never perfect.

Everyone snores. Earplugs, sleeping aids and an open mind solve 99.9% of accommodation issues. We will do our best to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

If you have concerns, please contact us before registering.

  • In the past, many riders wanted an extra jersey for themselves, their spouse, or their children. Extra jerseys are $65 and this will be your only opportunity to purchase one. Would you like an extra jersey?

  • ERGONOMICS

    Let's get you dialed.
  • We will do our best to customize your bike setup for your size and riding style:

  • In our experience, the most difficult thing about riding an unfamiliar motorcycle is getting used to the clutch. This takes anywhere from 1 - 2 riding days, depending on how adaptable you are and your general clutching skills. We want you to enjoy every single day, so the option of a Rekluse Radius CX clutch is available. You can still use the clutch as needed, but it will make your transition to our bike seamless and may make for a better overall experience. Keep in mind, not all aftermarket options are available for every bike model. If you are considering an autoclutch, please contact us in advance.

  • We want you to have the best experience possible, therefore we offer these upgrades for only the cost of install/removal. Keep in mind, not all aftermarket options are available for every bike model. Please select "1" to upgrade.

  • MOTORCYCLE DAMAGE

Should you feel like crashing lots! 😎
  • We would love for you to be on your own motorcycle but...

    • An improperly maintained motorcycle creates unnecessary risk for you while riding.
    • An improperly maintained motorcycle increases risk that your machine may break down on the trail, compromizing your experience and the experience of the group.
    • An improperly maintained motorcycle creates frusturation in the shop. Our team of mechanics are on a tight timeline resetting the fleet, the last thing they need is an improperly maintained bike.

Entry into this program means your motorcycle must pass a detailed technical inspection upon arrival. These inspection parameters will be emailed to you upon completion of registration.

Your bike will be enrolled in our mandatory maintenance program.

This program includes a daily wash, fueling up (you supply 60L of fuel), and a mechanical checklist. Any mechanical issues, including oil changes, that may be present (or on the horizon) will be identified and communicated to you by text. You may (or may not) choose to address these issues with our mechanic at his shop rate.

Nothing will be worked on/changed without your consent.

Please contact us should you have more questions regarding this.

  • Medical Information

Is there any medical information to be aware of should you be injured and unable to communicate?

  • TRAVEL INSURANCE

We STRONGLY recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance upon booking. Please note that most insurance providers will offer the most comprehensive insurance if you purchase trip insurance immediately after paying for your trip. A delay in purchasing insurance may leave you with a less desirable insurance policy that offers less coverage.
