Community Story Lab — Participant & Support Coordinator Inquiry

This inquiry is not enrollment, funding approval, or authorization. NextGen Acting is enrolled as an Acumen community vendor. Funded attendance requires participant-specific Goods & Services approval, final authorization, the correct service connection, and available funds. After the initial inquiry, NextGen Acting will coordinate directly with the participant's support coordinator to obtain the current ISP, PCPT, and any required authorization or service documents through an approved secure method.
