  • Scheduled Shifts & Punctuality

You are required to attend all shifts you are booked for. Regular and consistent attendance is essential to meet operational needs and client expectations. Workers must arrive at the workplace on time at the start of their scheduled shift. Arriving late disrupts operations and will be considered a breach of this policy.

  • Unable to attend your shift?

You MUST contact your designated agency contact as soon as you know you will be unable to attend your shift. This notification should occur before the scheduled start of the shift whenever possible.

  • Before you return to work

You must complete any required documentation, including a Return to Work Form or other absence forms, as requested by Major Recruitment. If requested, you should provide any necessary evidence, such as a doctor’s note or proof of emergency.

  • Struggling to arrive on time?

Inform us immediately! Any lateness will be unpaid and counts as half an instance of absence. Six instances of lateness will result in assignment termination. This includes any occurrences of leaving during the shift. All colleagues are expected to be at the workplace or on the assigned line at the start of their shift.

  • Clocking in & out

Arriving on time for every shift is critical, as even a short absence can halt the production process.
  • Forgotten to Clock In or Out?

If you experience any issues with the system or forget to clock in/out, it is your responsibility to inform a Major representative immediately. Delayed reporting could lead to delays or inaccuracies in processing your hours.
