Commitment to One Season:

Upon registration, participants (or parents/guardians if registering for a child) agree to commit to at least one full season of tennis lessons, which spans three months. Cancellations or requests for refunds will not be accepted before the end of the season. By registering, you confirm your commitment to the full duration of the season, acknowledging that refunds, partial or otherwise, will not be provided for early withdrawal. After the initial three-month season, your registration will automatically continue on a monthly recurring basis unless you provide a written cancellation notice at least 30 days in advance. This policy ensures consistency and fairness to all participants and allows us to maintain the quality of our programs.
Withdraw/Cancellation Request:

Upon registration, participants (or parents/guardians if registering for a child) agree to commit to one full year of tennis lessons, spanning 12 months. Cancellations and early withdrawals will not be accepted during this commitment period, and refunds, partial or otherwise, will not be provided, except where required by applicable law. By registering, you confirm your commitment to the full 12-month duration and acknowledge that choosing to discontinue attendance does not release you from your obligations for the remainder of the year. This policy ensures consistency and fairness to all participants and allows us to maintain the quality of our programs.
