This ‘Booking Form’ is an official binding agreement between For A Cause Events (“the Promoters”) and the Company named in the form.

Booking cancellation for this event is accepted by the 4th of August 2025 in order to allow enough time for the organisers to find replacements. In the case of cancellation made after this date, the Promoters reserve the right to keep the participation fee.

In the case that the event is postponed or cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, the Company will have two options: a)- either accept the new proposed dates of the event and transfer any participation fees towards the new event dates or; b)- can choose to be fully reimbursed by the Promoters accordingly.
