School Governance Team Parent/Guardian Candidate Declaration

Must Submit By 4:00pm, Friday, April 25, 2025

School Governance Team Elections will be held May 5-15, 2025.

Parents/Guardians interested in serving on a School Governance Team must complete and submit this form in order to run for a position at the school where their student(s) will attend in Fall 2026. Please see the table below to determine the school for which you are eligible to run.

CANDIDATE STATEMENT: In 2000 characters or less (spaces included), describe your background, qualifications and why you wish to serve on the School Governance Team at your school. This statement will be available for voters to view upon logging into our voting system.
