    School Governance Team Parent/Guardian Candidate Declaration

    Must Submit By 4:00pm, Friday, April 25, 2025
  • School Governance Team Elections will be held May 5-15, 2025.

    Parents/Guardians interested in serving on a School Governance Team must complete and submit this form in order to run for a position at the school where their student(s) will attend in Fall 2026.  Please see the table below to determine the school for which you are eligible to run.
