The undersigned Volunteer and Parent/Legal Guardian of Volunteer agree:

I (we) waive and release the Winterville Marigold Festival, Inc. and its directors and board from any and all claims of damages for injury or death or damage to property that may occur as a result of or in connection with my participation as a volunteer. I (we) agree to protect, indemnify, and save the Festival and its directors and board from and against all liabilities, demands, costs, expenses, causes of action, suits, demands, judgments, and claims of any nature whatsoever arising from my participation as a volunteer.

I understand photographs and videos may be taken while I am a volunteer. I (we) grant the Winterville Marigold Festival, Inc. all rights to use my photograph for any marketing campaigns.

I (we) further warrant that my health and physical condition are sufficiently good to allow me to perform this assignment without danger to myself or to others.
