As a volunteer for The Children’s Playhouse,  I understand that I am the public face of The Children’s Playhouse and will conduct my duties faithfully and honestly.

In all interactions, I will treat all Playhouse volunteers, board members, employees, and all members of the public including children with respect and courtesy.

I verify that I have not been convicted of any crime listed as a disqualifying offense in Disqualifying Offenses for Playhouse Volunteers (including, but not limited to, all sex offenses, all felony and misdemeanor violence, and all crimes against children) and that I will immediately disclose to the executive director or her designee any and all criminal investigation or conviction in which I am involved. I understand that failure to immediately disclose such an investigation or conviction is grounds for immediate bar from volunteering with The Children’s Playhouse.

    • I agree not to volunteer while sick or intoxicated or under the influence of recreational drugs.
    • I agree to follow all Playhouse safety procedures which may include wearing a mask and washing my hands while volunteering.
    • If I have been exposed to Covid-19 within 72 hours before my volunteer shift, I agree to get a Covid test and to cancel if positive.
    • I agree to show up on time for the shifts I have committed to. If I have to cancel for any reason, I commit to contacting The Children’s Playhouse as soon as possible to let them know.
