PQMD Webinar Curators: This group helps to plan and execute all aspects of PQMD's monthly Pillar Talks and Coffee Chat programming – including topics, speakers, content and flow.
Ideal Participant: Someone with big ideas who has a good grasp of topics that will resonate with our members, may be content experts, has an established and broad network, and is willing to open doors and/or reach up for PQMD's programming.
Staff Lead: Victoria Hammond
Disaster Response Hub: PQMD members have deep experience in global disaster response; this group determines when to launch Member-Only Disaster Response All-Calls within our network. PQMD maintains disaster-specific member response information, and the group focuses on sharing sit-reps, logistics information and available resources.
Ideal Participant: Someone with deep knowledge of disaster response activities, networks and protocols - as well as familiarity with current responses at their organizations.

Aligned Metrics Initiative (AMI): PQMD's Aligned Metrics Initiative is finding common ground for a core set of agreed upon, feasible and meaningful metrics for product donations; and creating guidance to help all members achieve success.
Ideal participant: Someone working in programs, impact measurement, MEAL and/or reporting; is curious and actively looking to share/improve/align how their organization captures and communicates results; has access to organizational feedback and impact data; and excited to collaborate for better metrics.

CLF Collaboration Crew: Work with PQMD to shape the agenda for the annual members-only Collaboration & Learning Forum, held every October.
Ideal participants: Members who loves building solid programs and thrives on delivering a solid participant experience; has a good grasp of topics that will resonate with members; maybe content experts; loves connecting people; has relevant experiences to share from other meetings/conferences; knows PQMD culture.

Rare Diseases: PQMD understands that rare disease access programs are unique in the donation space. This group gathers experts from our network and maintains PQMD’s Rare Disease Guidelines – discussions focus on deepening existing programs and equipping newer stakeholders with the insight they need to embark on these complex efforts globally.
Ideal participant: Someone who has experience working with rare diseases.
