Production Machining's 2026 Emerging Leaders Entry Form
Young professionals are an asset to the precision machined parts industry, and it is important to acknowledge those who are making strides toward shaping the industry's future. Production Machining is recognizing our industry's young talent through our Emerging Leaders program.

We are seeking individuals under the age of 40 who are making a difference in U.S. precision machine shops. The emphasis is on leadership and potential leadership qualities.

Guidelines and eligibility are as follows:
Nominees must be under the age of 40 as of July 1, 2026. Honorees will be chosen based on the quality of the nomination submitted, not the quantity of nominations.

Nomination deadline: August 1, 2026. Winners will be announced and profiled in an upcoming issue of Production Machining.
