    Here is a summary of how we will communicate
    • Program Updates will occur on Friday mornings so please have your program actuals updated before Friday morning each week so I can update your program in a timely and accurate manner. 
    • Programs for training, diet, and supplements will be done via Google Sheets. 
    • The training programs all include columns on the right side of the sheet to input what you've actually done, so please make sure to complete these as you go in order for me to provide you the best service possible. 
    • All communications will occur over a group Slack channel and I'm also available to direct message in Slack. Use the group channel to post form checks, and other general questions; but feel free to DM me with more personal or individualized questions/topics. 
    • There will be a weekly video Q&A on Thursdays at 5:30PM EST. Even if you cannot attend, please feel free to post questions for the benefit of the group and you'll be able to listen/watch later as all Q&As are recorded and saved for the group.
