Our goal is to save you both time and money with efficient and reliable service. Before accessing your Preferred Listing Services account, please review the terms and pricing outlined in this agreement. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

    This agreement is entered into between Preferred Listing Services ("Company") and the authorized individual or entity ("Customer") using our services:

    1. Order Submission: All orders must be placed exclusively through the Preferred Listing Services online portal.

    2. Online Ordering: Customers are encouraged to utilize their online account for accurate order placement. While phone orders may be accepted as a courtesy, these are subject to a $5.00 Convenience Fee and waive any warranties related to order accuracy.

    3. Utility Marking: In compliance with local regulations, we will arrange for underground utility marking prior to sign installation. Customers are responsible for marking private underground facilities (e.g., sprinkler systems The Company assumes no liability for damage to unmarked facilities.

    4. Sign Location Identification: Customers are advised to mark desired installation spots using flags. Free marking flags are available upon request for pickup from our office. If time allows we can deliver flags to your customer in advance for a trip fee The Company is not responsible for excessive markings caused by utility companies.

    5. Sign Care and Maintenance: The Company ensures reasonable care in storing and handling sign panels and riders. Customers assume responsibility for signs during the lease period and are encouraged to verify conditions post-installation. The Company is not liable for damage caused by weather, vandalism, or other external factors.

    6. Signpost Lease Responsibility: Customers are liable for signposts from installation to removal. Lost, stolen, or damaged posts are subject to a replacement fee. Customers must place a removal order upon the listing's conclusion to avoid additional charges.

    7. Sign Placement Adjustments: If the Customer requests post-relocation after installation, a reinstallation fee equal to the initial installation cost will apply.

    8. Payment Terms: Payments are due upon installation order.

    9.Service Limitations: Standard pricing includes one installation and one removal trip. Additional trips (e.g., for reinstallation or material pickup) will incur extra charges.

  • 10. Panel Modifications: The Company is not liable for damages resulting from drilling holes in panels at the Customer's request.

    11. Vacant or Unmarked Properties: Proper identification of vacant lots or under- construction properties is the Customer's responsibility. Incorrectly marked locations may result in additional trip fees.

    12. Rental Period and Renewals: Signpost rental covers an initial 60-day period. Customers will be notified before renewal charges apply. Failure to request removal will result in

    13. Professional Installation Standards: Installations are performed with care, adhering to utility and community regulations. Relocation fees apply if the Customer fails to provide prior instructions or markings.

    14. Warranty Exclusions: The Company will address leaning or detached signs reported within 14 days of installation. Exclusions include issues caused by weather, vandalism, or improper initial placement.

    15. Borrowed Riders: Customers borrowing sign riders assume liability for loss or damage

    16. Courtesy Adjustments: Any billing waivers granted as a courtesy do not constitute a change in terms or establish precedent.

    17. Use of Images: The Company retains ownership of all installation photos and may use them for promotional purposes.

    18. Communication: All notices and updates will be sent to the Customer's registered email address. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.

    Standard Installation: $90.00 (includes installation and removal)

    Additional Signpost Installation: $90.00 per post

    Signpost Relocation: $25.00 Rider

    Panel Hanging (after initial installation): $20.00

    Signpost Rental Extension (60 days): $10.00

    Lost/Damaged Signpost: $35.00

  • Expedited and Weekend Services

    Weekend Installation: $50.00 surcharge
