  • If you are coming as a group AND all doing the same project, please RSVP once on behalf of the group. 

    If you are coming as a group and joining different projects, please RSVP separately. 

     

    And if you are coming alone, please proceed and may the Friend Fairy douse you with glitter and new mates at the Weekend.

  • For those coming for Conservatree, which Pod are you interested in joining this month? NOTE: the Lake Lovers will not be operating as the area around Lake Gkula is off-limits this month due to an external site hire. We appreciate you joining in another great Pod.

    In order to cater properly, please answer the following questions if you plan on joining for any of the meals. The complimentary Saturday noontime sausage sizzle is for Arteries, Conservatree and Warriors. The Saturday dinner is for all and costs $20 ($10 for children under 10) and the complimentary Sunday noontime sausage sizzle is for Treehuggers after their Sunday morning working bee.
  • Please make sure you RSVP for the sausage sizzle(s) if you plan on joining for lunch.*

  • Want to lend a hand behind the scenes?

    These Weekends work because of the generosity of the folks who come along. If you'd like to help with either of the meals or behind the bar, let us know. Many hands make light work and the Weekends more fun!
  • Please let us know if you are able to arrive early and help with the weekend preparations.*
  • You may be needed as an extra helper for the Saturday sausage sizzle. Are you willing and able to assist?*
  • You may be needed as an extra helper for the Saturday dinner. Are you willing and able to assist?*
  • You may be needed as an extra bar helper for the bar on Saturday night. Are you willing and able to assist? RSA is preferred but not essential.*

  • Folk Club RSVP

    It was decided by the community that everyone who wishes to attend Folk Club will pay $5.
  • Do you plan on attending the Folk Club in the evening?*

  • Glamping Tents

  • Due to the fact that Lake Gkula Camping is on, we are not able to offer glamping tents this month.
