Planning
1.1 Airspace Class classification
1.2 Waivers for planned operation Obtained
1.3 The following documents are immediately available for inspection: Certificate of insurance, Gov issued Photo ID, evidence of property owner permission, (US) Remote pilot airman certificate with UAS rating, aircraft registration, certificate of waiver (if applicable), site survey, lost link procedure,
1.4 Check local airspace and any NOTAMs/TFRs
1.5 Program local frequency used by manned aircraft/ airport
1.6 visibility (greater that 3sm required from control station)
1.7 Any rapidly falling pressure (indication of approaching bad weather)
1.8 500 ft. clear of clouds
1.9 Any passing fronts or thunderstorms ( commonly associated with low-level wind shear), cumulonimbus clouds nearby ( indication of thunderstorms and unstable air), standing lenticular altocumulus clouds ( indication of very strong updrafts)?
Equipment
2.1 Flight safety pertinent systems functioning properly
2.2 Battery casing not distorted
2.3 Propellers are correctly attached, spin smoothly, not bent or chipped
2.4 On-board nav. and comm. data links functioning properly, no manufacturer-mandated software updates required
2.5 Display panel functioning properly
2.6 Gimbal is functioning properly
2.7 Notify tower/ ATC (as may be required)
2.8 Antenna configuration correct
2.9 Final check of surroundings
Participants/Flight Crew
3.1 Brief all involved participants on operating conditions, emergency procedures, contingency procedures and potential hazards. List participants ( PIC, VOs, etc.) here
3.2 Participants have not consumed any alcoholic beverage within the preceding 10 hours
3.3 participants are not under the influence of drug that affects the person's operation capabilities
After take-off
4.1 All sticks operate correctly
4.2 Flight controls operate correctly
4.3 No abnormal sounds or Vibrations
Post Landing
5.1 No signs of damage and or excessive wear
5.2 Log flight-logs will be tracked in 3DR Site Scand to record flight times, durations, PIC, Battery cycle and usage
5.3 Notify Tower ATC End of ops (as may be required)
