Use this form to add the Transcript Option to your student's annual enrollment with St. Thomas Aquinas Academy. The Transcript Option is an add-on to current enrollment and is not available as a separate service. If payment is submitted for a student who is not presently enrolled, a refund less a 5% processing fee will be issued to your card.
