  • By my signature below, I certify that I am 21 years of age or older and will abide by all of the rules of Track XLIV.  I hereby release the Conductors L/L Inc., Whispering Oaks Retreat, and all businesses, members, officers, and guests associated with Track XLIV from any loss or liability to my person or property.  I understand no pets or illegal drugs will be permitted.  Club participation will be based on the MACC point system.  Track XLIV attendance is limited to 200. If using a charge card: Cardholder acknowledges the amount shown and agrees to the obligations set forth in the cardholder agreement.
