Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Policy
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the 50% deposit.
• Payment should be made via bank transfer or other approved methods.
2. Travel Policy
• For events outside Lagos, travel and accommodation costs will be included in the final invoice.
3. Event Rescheduling
• Rescheduling is allowed once, with a minimum of 14 days’ notice and subject to availability.
4. Cancellations
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• For cancellations made 14 days or more before the event, interim or final payments will be refunded minus any expenses already incurred.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.
5. Event Day Service
• Sugar Velvet will arrive at the venue 2-4 hours before the event (depending on setup needs).
• Clients must ensure venue accessibility and provide necessary arrangements for smooth setup.
6. Liability
• Sugar Velvet will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as venue issues, client delays, or external interference.
7. Damage to Equipment
• Any damage to rental items (e.g., platters, stands) caused by the client or guests will be billed at replacement cost.
