The nominee for the Lifetime Achievement Award should be an individual who has devoted their life's work to agriculture in Henderson.

The nominee for the Lifetime Achievement Award could be an individual who is one of the following:
- A retired farmer, no longer actively engaged in management and day-to-day operations.
- An individual retired from a Henderson ag-related facility, such as seed, chemicals, fertilizer, equipment or parts.
- A retired ag lender from a Henderson lending institution.
