The Art Trail is part of the Chipping Sodbury Festival, a community event, run by volunteers.
The trail will take place on 14th and 15th June 2025 10.00am – 4.00pm on both days. By agreeing to take part in the Art Trail you are committing to exhibiting for the full opening hours on both days.
Community venues will be open from 8.30am on Saturday for setting up and from 9.30am on Sunday. You can leave your exhibits in place over night.
Unfortunately, we do not have free standing display boards for hanging artwork.
Any electrical equipment, including extension cables used in community venues needs to have been PAT tested.
Community venue spaces are limited. The trail will therefore be curated to ensure a varied range of work.
If you exhibit from a community venue you will be covered by the venue public liability insurance. This does not cover product insurance.
We welcome local artists to take part in their own venue if this is on or very near the High Street.
If you exhibit from your own premises, it is your responsibility to ensure you have suitable insurance.
The closing date for applications is Monday 17th March.
The cost to exhibit is £20. Payment will be required when your venue is confirmed.
By taking part in the trail, you agree to your name and social media link being publicised on social media and on the printed map to promote the trail.
