    Event Details:

    • Date: Saturday, July 19, 2024
    • Time: Event opens at 4:00 PM and ends at approximately 10:00 PM
    • Location: 651 N 2872 E, Roberts, ID 83444
    • Expected Attendance: Approximately 2,500 people
    • Event Type: Outdoor event with grass terrain, vehicles are not permitted on the grass.

    Booth Space:

    • Size: 10x10 booth space
    • Fee: $50.00
    • Electricity (if needed): $10.00 extra (limited availability, first-come, first-serve)
    • Important: Booth space is not reserved or guaranteed without payment. No refunds will be issued. Space is available on a first-come, first serve.

    Application Process:

    • Applications will be reviewed, and vendors will be contacted after application approval via email or phone.
    • Payment is due after approval. Fees must be paid before space is confirmed. 

    Vendors Selling Food or Beverages:

    • Vendors wishing to sell food or beverages (including water or snacks) must receive prior approval from the event organizers. This is required to coordinate with the other food vendors on-site.
    • Approval from the event organizers is necessary before the event. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    Set-Up Information:

    • Set-up Time: Begins at 2:00 PM (2 hours before event opening)
    • Upon arrival, vendors must check in at the information booth before setting up.
    • Vendors must complete their setup prior to the event opening at 4:00 PM.

    Parking Information:

    • Vendors will not be allowed to park on the street.
    • Parking is available at Roberts City Hall, located at 647 N 2872 E, Roberts, ID, during the event. Vendors may unload their items at the event site.
