For the children's choir program to be successful, we understand it takes the commitment of the children to attend regular rehearsals and the commitment of the parents to get them to rehearsals. It is also vital for the children be present when the choir sings on Sundays, and Holy Days. We acknowledge our commitment by signing below: (Child's name) is ready, willing and ableto be a member of the Children's Music Program at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. I am aware that attendance is important to the success of our ministry so my child will attend all rehearsals and liturgies. We commit ourselves to the 2025-2026 Children's Choir Program which begins inAugust and ends in April.
