  • Jesus Loves Me Preschool is a ministry of Richland Baptist Church. Our school provides a Christ-centered, loving, and nurturing environment where your child can learn and grow. Our program combines learning with play to jump start their academic journey. We work to enhance our student's confidence by providing fun and useful activities to help them become lifelong learners. We prioritize a focus on spiritual growth as well as intellectual development. A Biblical worldview is integrated into each of our classes to create a strong faith foundation. We use the READY for Kindergarten age level targets developed by the Washington State Department of Early Learning & Development, as well as STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math

    Program Options:(Must be appropriate age by Sep. 01)

    All Classes run from 9am-12pm

    2.5/3 yr Mon-Thur (4 day)

    3 yr  Mon-Thur (4Day)

    3/4 yr Tue-Thur (3 day)

    4/5 yr PreK Mon-Thur (4 day)

    Students are considered eligible for our 2.5/3 year old class only if they will be 3 years old by Apr. 01, 2025.

    All students in 3-5 year old classes must be fully potty trained, able to communicate his/her bathroom needs, and be independent in the the bathroom by the start of the school year.

    Tuition:

    2day $200 montly or $1,710 annual (5% discount)

    3 day $260 montly or $2,223 annual (5% discount)

    4 day $320 monthly or $2,736 annual (5% discount)

    Registration and materials fee is to be paid at the time of enrollment. This fee covers your child's school bag, shirt, curriculum, and craft supplies. Teachers may ask for additional supplies specific to your class at the beginning of the year. Family max registration fee of $200 for preschool

    A $25 late fee will be assessed with any payments made after the 10th of each month, unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments can be made by cash, check, or bank withdrawal. **A fee of 3% of monthly tuition is charged when paying by credit card.

  • Enrollment Agreement:

    Tuition is due the 1st of each month and will be considered late after the 10th. You may pay by credit card, but there is a 3% convenience fee applied. You may also pay by check, cash, or set up online bill pay through your bank. Checks should be made out to Richland Baptist Church with JLM Preschool and your child's full name written in the memo. Payments can be brought to the JLM director's office and placed in the tuition drop box or mailed to:

    Lack of adherence to our tuition policies may result in the dismissal of your child(ren) from the program.

    No tuition credit is given for holidays or absences due to illness, vacation, or inclement weather. Tuition is divided into nine equal payments to be paid September-May. 
    Sickness Policy:

    Please DO NOT bring your child to school if they have a fever, diarrhea, or are vomiting. They must be fever-free for at least 24 hours before returning to class. Please keep them home if they have a runny nose that has some color. If you see that your child is not feeling well at all, please keep them home SO we do not spread germs to other children and their families.

     

    School Information:

    Yearly- We follow the Richland School District calendar. You will receive a copy of our school calendar at the beginning of the year.
    Monthly- During the first week of each month you will receive a class newsletter from you teacher about what the month will look like as well as a monthly calendar for the whole school.
    Daily- Our school has a closed group Facebook page; you must request to be added to this group. We will post about things going on in class, so you can see what happens throughout our day. It is also used for communicating with you about upcoming events, but paper copies/emails will also be sent out. Closures and delays due to weather will be announced by 7:00am that morning via Facebook and email.
    Drop-Off/Pick-Up:

    Please bring your child to their specific class meeting place every morning. Students may only be picked up and dropped off by their authorized family member or friend that has been designated on the application forms. If any changes in pick up are necessary, please notify the teacher in advance. The safety of our children is our highest priority!

    For security purposes, the south doors of the church will be locked after 9:10am and unlocked at 11:55am. If you arrive late, please enter through the front doors and the office staff can buzz you in. Please park in the large parking lot (not in the front of the church) and enter through the south doors. Please be cautious when backing out and drive slowly. Please do not park in handicapped spaces (unless you have a handicap pass) or against the curb.

    Behavior:

    To help all students have a wonderful experience at JLM we will operate with three basic rules.

    Be Kind: With our words. (No hurtful words, etc)
    Be Safe: With our bodies. (No hitting, kicking, etc)
    Be Neat: With the equipment, materials, and supplies.
    Students will be expected to follow these rules. Students who disobey the rules, despite efforts of redirection will not be allowed to continue at JLM. We reserve the right, as circumstances may arise, to discharge a child from our program. You will be consulted before such action.
