Contest Rules:

1. All costumes must be SFW (safe for work).

2. Judges reserve the right to move participants to different skill divisions if nescessary.

Contest Divisions:

Kids 3pm- Participants must be between ages 1-14.

Intermediate 5pm- Participants must be older than 14.

Advanced 7pm- Participants must be older than 16.

Participants must have constructed at least 50% of their costume themselves.
