Please note that the last date for applications to be received is 31st March 2024. Any requests received after this date will not be considered. When submitting this form, you will receive an email to acknowledge receipt. Please ensure you complete all the information accurately especially your contact email address, as without this we will not be able to confirm the success of your donation application. We have some limitations on what we can support, as stated in our constitution and below:
- Monday Night Group is only able to make donations to local organisations (or national organisations with a local base, where the Charity can be assured that the grants will remain locally and for the sole use of local persons).
- Monday Night Group can make donations to schools for children with special needs and not for mainstream schools for general needs.
- Monday Night Group can not make donations where funds are required for building or repair work
- Monday Night Group can not make donations to animal charities
- Monday Night Group can not make grants to individual persons.
All applications will be read by Monday Night Group and our Trustees and you will be contacted if you are/ aren't successful. If you are successful you will be invited to our donation giveaway evening to receive your cheque. Details will be in your email.
Please submit one form per application / group. Unfortunately you cannot delete / retract an application once submitted using this form or continue an application at another time - you must complete once you have started.
