Vendor Information for Outdoor Event on Saturday, July 19, 2024

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, July 19, 2024
• Time: Event opens at 4:00 PM and ends at approximately 10:00 PM
• Location: 651 N 2872 E, Roberts, ID 83444
• Expected Attendance: Approximately 2,500 people
• Event Type: Outdoor event

Booth Space:

• Fee: $100.00, includes power
• Important: Booth space is not reserved or guaranteed without payment. No refunds will be issued. Space is available on a first-come, first serve.
• Terrain is gravel, so please plan accordingly when setting up your booth or vehicle.

Application Process:

• Applications will be reviewed, and vendors will be contacted after application approval via email or phone.
• Payment is due after approval. Fees must be paid before space is confirmed. 

Set-Up Information:

• Set-up Time: Begins at 2:00 PM (2 hours before event opening)
• Upon arrival, vendors must check in at the information booth before setting up.
• Vendors must complete their setup prior to the event opening at 4:00 PM.
• Sales doors must face west. Please position your booth accordingly.

Electricity Requirements:

Vendors who require electricity must provide at least 150-foot power cord to connect to the generator provided by the event.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate power cord for their electrical needs. Outlets are 110V.
No personal generators are permitted.
If you require more than one power connection, you may be charged an additional fee for power.

By signing, you agree to comply with all event rules and regulations, including setup and parking instructions, payment terms, event policies, and the use of any images or links provided by the vendor for promotional purposes related to the event.
