    Appointment Setters are the front-line sales professionals responsible for initiating contact with prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for sales teams or closers. They play a crucial role in the sales funnel by identifying potential customers and setting the stage for a successful sale. Remote Closers take over after the appointment setter. They specialize in closing deals by presenting the offer, addressing objections, and guiding the prospect toward a decision. Closers focus on converting warm leads into paying clients, often handling high-ticket offers.

    With consistent work and quality appointments, setters can earn $100–$300/day through commissions and bonuses.
    Annual Potential:
    Depending on the industry and volume, setters can make between $40,000–$60,000/*year( base before bonus) or more.

    *The Key is the time you do it in. This is not a 9-5. This is truly a manage your time type of opprotunity. More hours doesn't always equal more sales. More discipline and a better mindset does.

    Remote Closers

    Daily Potential:
    High-performing closers working on high-ticket offers can earn $300–$1,000/day or more, depending on deal size and closing rate.
    Annual Potential:
    Successful closers often earn between $75,000–$150,000/year, with top closers exceeding $200,000/year.

    🚀 Appointment Setter Onboarding – Next Steps
    Welcome aboard! 🎉
    Here’s everything you need to know to get started quickly and succeed in your probation period.


    ✅ Step 1: Complete Your Onboarding Paperwork you receive via email
    Fill out and sign your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA).
    Sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) (to protect client data & leads).

    ✅ Step 2: Access Tools & Resources
    You will be given access to:

    Scripts Library (Intro, Objections, Follow-up).
    CRM to log calls & appointments.
    Communication Channel (Slack appointment setters group for team updates).

    ✅ Step 3: Training & Shadowing
    Review the scripts (practice 2–3 runs).
    Watch the quick-start training video (if available).
    Do a mock call roleplay with your team lead.

    ✅ Step 4: Start Dialing 📞
    Expected activity: 50–100 dials per day (or as assigned).
    Log all calls and outcomes in the CRM/Google Sheet.
    Mark confirmed appointments in the sheet and notify your team lead.

    ⏳ Probation Period (First 2 Weeks)
    This is your trial phase to prove you can deliver results.

    You are expected to:

    Be active daily and consistent with dials. Volume will be lower as you will be expected to fulfill the role before we onboard you ot a power dialer.
    Show up in the communication channel (check-in daily).
    Set at least X confirmed appointments per week (team lead will define the quota).
    Follow the scripts and reporting process correctly.
    👉 If you meet expectations, you’ll continue long-term and be eligible for higher commissions/bonuses.
    👉 If you don’t meet expectations, your contract may end after probation.

    Make dials every day to get customers to quote. DM and Text as Guided
    Book qualified appointments using the script.
    Report everything in the CRM.
