This Referral Agreement is entered into as of January, 2025 by and between Sixx Risings Solutions LLC and the Affiliate. The parties agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the referral program:
1. Program Overview
The Company operates a referral program where Affiliates can earn commissions for referring clients who pay for the Company’s credit repair services.
2. Referral Compensation
Affiliates will earn $50 per successful referral (“Referral Fee”).
A successful referral is defined as a referred client who:Pays the credit repair fee directly to the Company.
There is no cap on the number of Referral Fees an Affiliate can earn.
3. Payment Terms
Referral Fees will be paid weekly.
Payment will be processed after the referred client’s fee is paid in full.
Payments will be made via Cash App & Apple Pay (Please provide 2 preferred methods)
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for keeping accurate records of their referrals, including the name and contact details of each referee.
Referrals must be submitted through the Company’s designated system or as otherwise directed.
5. Program Restrictions
Referrals must be genuine and for individuals not previously engaged with the Company’s credit repair services.
Affiliates may not:Use deceptive or misleading marketing practices.
Misrepresent the nature of the tax preparation services.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any referral that violates these terms.
6. Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of the Company.
The Affiliate is responsible for all taxes and liabilities associated with their Referral Fees.
The Company will issue a Form 1099-NEC to Affiliates who earn $600 or more in a calendar year, as required by U.S. tax law. Affiliates must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 to the Company before payments are made.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, Referral Fees will only be paid for referrals completed before the termination date.
8. General Terms
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida.
