What do you understand discipleship to be and how to you see it playing out in a small group?
Define servant leadership and tell us if you would consider yourself to be a servant leader. Why or why not?
Describe your understanding of the experiences of non-white students, and relate that understanding to how you intend to lead in your respective position.
