    • Emergency muster location for this project is at the RORE site office (connex) located at the east end of Building 700.
    • Stay by your RORE escort at all times.

    In consideration of being granted access to the premises of RORE Inc.'s B700 Elevator Modernization Project located at Camp Smith, the undersigned visitor agrees to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk: The undersigned acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with accessing the premises, including, but not limited to, potential injuries, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents arising from the visit. 2. Release of Liability: The undersigned agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless RORE Inc., NAVFAC, its officers, employees, agents, subcontractors and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to the undersigned’s presence on the premises. 3. Indemnification: The undersigned further agrees to indemnify and defend RORE Inc., NAVFAC, and its subcontractors against any claims, demands, or actions brought against it by third parties resulting from the undersigned’s actions or conduct while on the premises. 4. Compliance with Rules: The undersigned agrees to comply with all safety protocols, rules, and instructions provided by RORE Inc. and its representatives during the visit. This agreement is binding upon the undersigned and their heirs, executors, and assigns.
