Returning vendors have until AUGUST 31 by midnight to retain your booth space from 2024. You may apply online or download an application packet and mail it in. If mailing in, please write as legibly as possibly, especially booth name and all contact information.
CHANGES FOR 2025
Trailers. You must bring and utilize tire straps. These will not be provided for you. It is your responsibility to provide and secure your trailer with them to avoid issues.
IMPORTANT DATES
August 31
Past Vendor Preference for Applications DEADLINE. Past Vendor Applications must be Received or Postmarked by Aug 31. Past vendors lose their space if an application is received after August 31. No exceptions!
October 27
Application Deadline (Must be Received or Postmarked by this Date).
No Refunds. In the event you need to cancel, your Christmas in Crockett Account will be credited for the following year up until Sept 1 midnight.
After Sept 1, no account credits will be given.
Application and payment must be received by October 1, 2025.

Booth Placement will be sent in November to the email address listed on your application. Please ensure you have written your email address accurately and legibly. Please do not call the office to ask about your booth placement before the email has gone out. This delays the process of booth placement and email for all vendors.
