  • It is important for the water to drain properly, but there must also be a trap that holds a small amount of water. Typically, the vinyl tube will form a small loop or a dip to allow water to accumulate.

  • Sometimes debris accumulates under the fresh air vents, preventing the system from functioning properly. Please make sure nothing is obstructing the air intake or exhaust vent.

    To better serve you, please let us know the settings you are currently using for your Minotair.
  • Please now go to the main wall control and navigate to the settings menu.

    To access it, press and hold the "Menu" button on the upper left, the one with a circle on it, for 3 seconds.

    To enter a submenu, press the "Enter" button located between the two arrows to the right of the screen, then scroll up or down through the menu using the arrows.

    To go back or exit the submenu, press the "Back" button located at the bottom left, below the Menu button. It has a circular arrow pointing to the left on it.

  • How to access the Technician Menu and the Event Log

    To access the Technician Menu and Event Log, hold the up and down arrows simultaneously for 3 seconds. Once the sensor screen appears, you're there. You can scroll through the different pages by pressing the arrows.

    What information do we need?

    Please take photos of:

    • The four data pages that appear (sensors, etc.)
    • Each of the alarms in the Event Log (press ENTER once to access it once you see "Event Log")

    NOTE: If there are many events in the log, you can record a video while navigating through each one and upload it. This will be simpler than taking photos of each event one by one.

    *** WARNING - DO NOT CLEAR THE LOG ***

    Once in the alarm log, never press ENTER. Use the arrows only to scroll through.

    To exit the menu, press the "ESCAPE" button, which is located at the bottom left and shaped like a circular arrow pointing to the left.
