Requests are not guaranteed. While we do our best to accommodate all customization requests, customization availability is contingent on lead time and KGSE's booking schedule.

Please note that our current studio has a maximum capacity of 25 participants. We are currently in the process of closing on a much larger space, where we will be able to host upwards of 250 participants, starting in May 2026.

Current private party rates (subject to change):

In-house:
- 1-Hour
  - $400 for up to 16 participants
  - $25/participant for each additional participant
- 2-Hour
  - $750 for up to 16 participants
  - $45/participant for each additional participant
On-site (up to 20 miles)
- 1-Hour
  - $1,200 for up to 50 participants
  - $1,500 for up to 100 participants
- 2-Hour
  - $1,800 for up to 50 participants
  - $2,400 for up to 100 participants
$1.50/mi for each additional mile over 20. Pricing for larger and longer bookings available upon request.

Food is only allowed into the venue if additional use-of-space time is reserved.

As of now, all shows must be booked a minimum of 24 hours ahead.
