Annual Registration costs $45 – this fee helps to cover administration charges and insurance costs.

Payment Options for 2026

2026 Private Lessons – a deposit of $50 will be required to secure your private lesson. This deposit will be deducted from your 1st Term fees. This deposit is non-refundable if the private lesson is cancelled for any reason.
Centre Stage Academy Registration requires a minimum of 1 full Term enrolment for all classes and Private lessons (singing, dancing, and drama) enrolled in at the beginning of each term.
All private lessons are for a minimum of 1 full term and are required to be paid at the beginning of the term in full. (this includes singing and dancing) Private lessons are held per term and cannot be cancelled during a school term. Ceasing a private lesson requires written notice 4 weeks before the end of that term. Ceasing enrolment in school holidays or during a new term requires payment in full of that following term.
Drama classes are to be paid for per term. Ceasing enrolment requires 4 weeks notice. If a script/performance has already been written for your child prior to cancelation a ‘rewrite of script’ fee will be charged of $50.
I agree that class fees are to be kept two (2) weeks in advance or paid per term in week 1 of that term.
I agree to pay for all classes my child is enrolled in or participates in, costs of rehearsals, costumes and concert invoices on time and keep class payments 2 weeks in advance.
I understand that concert costs and costume deposits will be invoiced in week 3 of Terms 1,2 & 3.
These deposits will be -
Concert Package - $25 Term 1 & 2 and $35 Term 3. Please see information booklet for further info.
Costume - $20 per term per class (These are deposits, not the entire cost. This is for dance and acro only)
These invoices will need to be paid by the due date of week 5 of each term.
Any outstanding costume costs - depending on classes will be invoiced in Week 1 term 4 and will have a due date of Term 4 week 3.
If you do not want your child to perform in the end of year concert/production you must notify the Principal in writing before 26th June of that calendar year or you will be invoiced for any outstanding costs of costume fees.
I agree to pay all concert and costume invoices by their due date.
Should you default on payment and invoices are late therefore fees are not kept 2 weeks in advance you should discuss the matter with the principal immediately.
In the case of any ongoing outstanding fees you may be required to register for a payment plan before the commencement of the following term. I understand I will be responsible for any charges that may arise from this.
If any outstanding payments are not discussed immediately and rectified in a timely manner the matter will be referred to Debt collection without further notice. The student will be responsible for all charges associated with and not limited to recovering funds due for services rendered.
ALL fees, rehearsals and costume invoices must be completed on or before the advised due date or penalties, collection fees and/or legal fees will be enforced, and your account will be handed over to debt collectors.
