Ceasing enrolment in school holidays or during a new term requires payment in full of that term. | agree that class fees are to be kept two (2) weeks in advance or paid per term in week 1 of that term.

I agree to pay for all classes my child is enrolled in or participates in, costs of rehearsals, costumes and concert invoices on time and keep class payments 2 weeks in advance.

I understand that concert costs and costume deposits will be invoiced in week 3 of Terms 1,2 & 3.
    These deposits will be -
Concert Package - $25 Term 1 & 2 and $35 Term 3. Please see information booklet for further info.

Should you default on payment and invoices are late therefore fees are not kept 2 weeks in advance you should discuss the matter with the principal immediately. In the case of any ongoing outstanding fees you may be required to register for a payment plan before the commencement of the following term. I understand I will be responsible for any charges that mayarise from this.

If any outstanding payments are not discussed immediately and rectified in a timely manner the matter will be referred to Debt collection without further notice. The student will be responsible for all charges associated with and not limited to recovering funds due for services rendered.

  • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OF ANY KIND

In the event that a student pulls out of a performance after costumes have been ordered from the supplier, the students are liable to make full payment of the invoice (cost of costume) by the advised due date, if the students costume cannot be cancelled by the supplier.

    ATTENDANCE

I agree to notify principal if student is going to be absent - refunds or credits will not be given for missed classes.

I agree to provide the Studio with 2 weeks written notice to cease enrolment of any class.

Failure to attend classes does not signify or imply notification to cease enrolment to this agreement.

A student's failure to continue classes during the notification or program period does not relieve the obligation to pay the remaining classes balance in full

I understand that once the fees and registration form is completed and submitted the fees cannot be refunded or are transferrable. The student is then committed to all enrolled classes for a minimum of 1 Term.

FOR PRIVATE LESSONS: Ceasing enrolment requires 2 weeks written notice during the 3rd last week of that term. Failure to cease enrolment at this time will require private lesson fees to be invoiced for the following term.

  • Classes can be changed or cancelled for unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of the principal and we will make every effort to accommodate students where possible.
