Booking with Mika

Please read the following information before you submit the form.

Thank you so much for your interest in my work!

To submit a request, you must be at least 18 years of age.

Requests of artwork on hands, faces and feet are not accepted. Once you submit your request, your proposal will be reviewed.

If your proposal is approved, The deposit a $200 non-refundable deposit, an email from me with instructions on appointment scheduling, and a quote for the total cost of your tattoo. If any questions should arise on your design, I will contact you via email.

The tattoo design will ONLY be shown at the time of your appointment. Design alterations can be made at the time of the appointment.

Rates

My tattoos hourly rate is $250.
Minimum charge is $500.

Deposit
A $200 deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking.
The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards to the final session of the tattoo. No appointments are finalized until a deposit it paid.

You must notify me 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule.
If you cancel your appointment or show up over 30 minutes late your deposit will be lost. I will notify you if I need to reschedule your appointment.
