Primary School Student Agreement 2025 (Internet, Student Device & Local Excursion)

Please complete for each student in Reception - Year 6 in 2025.

We (Parent and Student) have read and understand the conditions of use detailed in the:

• HILLS Student Agreement & The HILLS Way
• HILLS Internet and Student Device Acceptable Use Policy
• Local Excursion Agreement

We acknowledge that:

• HILLS Primary will take every effort to ensure compliance with the agreement.
• We will report any misuse of the internet or computer systems to a staff member.
• We accept that updates and improvements may be made to the Digital Citizenship and Internet Use Agreement as needed.
• Any significant policy changes will require a new signature.
• We understand that any violation of this agreement may result in disciplinary action or, if necessary, legal intervention.

We will retain a copy of this agreement for our reference.
