Invitation to Participate in NDIS Audit
Do you want to take part in our NDIS Audit?

The NDIS checks on Australian Quality Care to make sure we are doing the right thing when supporting you.

This check is called an Audit.

The person who does this check is called an Auditor.

During the audit, they may want to talk to you about the supports that you receive from Australian Quality Care.

The Auditor may also want to review some of the consent and support forms and notes that Australian Quality Care has on your participant file.

Everything you talk about with the Auditor, and what the Auditor will look at on your participant file, will be protected and treated privately.

The Audit will happen on Monday 10th February 2025.

You can choose to participate in the Audit as explained above, or you can choose not to participate in the Audit.
