Before ordering, please be aware:

• All cakes are decorated with buttercream frosting unless you request whipped cream frosting. No fondant covered cakes.
• Single tier cakes only at this moment.
• We do not offer delivery, all orders must be picked up at scheduled time.
  Please respect the neighborhood and the property by maintaining your speed of 15 mph when entering and leaving the park.
• You have the option of providing inspo pictures for your order, but please note that we cannot replicate exactly our own work nor someone else's. We will do our best to do so.

•  Our kitchen works with common allergens, please do not order if you have ANY allergies. We care about our customer’s safety but we cannot accommodate to major allergens as we work from a residential kitchen that operates when PRETTY POSTRES doesn’t. We will not be held liable for negligence by a consumer. All ingredients are printed on our labels for consumer and PRETTY POSTRES’ safety.

• Orders are made in a residential kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department with valid Utah Food Handlers Permits.

• We sell under the House Bill 181 (the Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act), directly to consumers. Not available for resale).

PRETTY POSTRES TERMS AND POLICIES

• Once we receive and approve your request, a 50% deposit is due 1-2 after the first invoice is sent. Remainder is due the night BEFORE pickup or with EXACT cash at pickup.
• Refunds will only be issued if an order is cancelled 48 hours before pickup unless add-ons have been made or ordered.
• Once the cake has been handed over to the consumer PRETTY POSTRES is not responsible for anything that happens to it. Please place the cake box on the BOTTOM of the passenger seat or on someone’s lap.
• We provide a series of labels to ensure the care of the cake and important information for the consumer. Failure to read the labels is completely on the customer.
• Pickup times are flexible, please communicate with me about any changes. Failure to reach out will have you blocked from ordering in the future.

*Heart shaped cakes’s proportions can eliminate 2-4 servings due to its awkward shape.
